Email

Your website comes with an email address of its own

Each site gets an address made from its short name, like [email protected]. It sends real email from the site and collects replies in its own inbox, with nothing to set up.

What you get

  • Ready from the first minute

The address is created for every site automatically, so forms, confirmations and replies work without signing up for any email service.

  • Old addresses keep working

Change the address when you need to. The previous one keeps delivering mail to the same site and is never handed to another site.

  • Your name on every email

Set the sender name, a reply-to address and a logo shown at the top of the emails you write, so messages look like they come from your business.

How it works

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Open Email

In the Studio side menu, open Email. The site address sits at the top, with a button to copy it.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Adjust the settings

Under Settings, set the sender name, the reply-to address and the logo, and choose whether the site may send email at all.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Change the address

Edit it with 3 to 40 lowercase letters, digits, dots or hyphens. Under Previous addresses, Use again switches back to an earlier one.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Every site gets its own address on the platform email domain as soon as it exists, and on both plans it sends and receives email without limits.
