The Emails page gathers the mail of every site with an unread count, and each site also has its own mailbox under Email in the Studio.
Spam and blocked senders handled
Suspicious mail is sorted into Spam automatically. Block a sender and new emails from that address go straight to Trash.
Sent and received side by side
Filter by All, Received or Sent to see conversations next to the emails your site functions sent, each with its delivery status.
How it works

Step 1
Open the Emails page
Choose Emails in the side menu to see every site, or open Email inside the Studio for a single site.

Read and reply
Open a conversation and write your answer under Reply. It goes out from the site address the email arrived at.

Write a new email
Click Write email, add the recipients, type a subject and a message or pick one under Use a template, then send.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Open the conversation and use Reply. The answer is sent from the address the email arrived at, so the customer sees your business and not a personal mailbox.
When a form function emails you, the message goes to the email of your account, and every send is listed under Sent in the mailbox with its status. Customer replies land in the inbox of the site.
No. On both plans every site receives as many emails as people send it, with no monthly limit, and every email opens right away in the inbox.
