How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Zendesk and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your Zendesk account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

In the chat, say what you need from Zendesk. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
