What you can do

    Ask which incidents are open or what happened last week and the AI answers from PagerDuty.

  • Notices and summaries on your website

    The AI writes a notice page or a post-incident summary based on its data, when you ask.

  • Actions after you confirm

    Ask the AI to acknowledge, resolve or open an incident. It shows up as a card in the chat and happens only after you confirm.

How to connect it

    Step 1

    Open Integrations

    In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use PagerDuty and find it in the Browse tab.

    Click Connect

    Click Connect, sign in to your PagerDuty account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

    Ask the AI

    In the chat, say what you need from PagerDuty. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.

You stay in control

The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.

Frequently asked questions

No. The AI copies the data when you ask, so the page does not change by itself. After an incident, ask the AI to update it and publish.
