ProductivityDropbox

From your Dropbox folder straight to your website

Work photos, menus and brochures are often saved in Dropbox. Connect it and the AI uses them for your website, without you downloading and uploading anything yourself.

What you can do

  • Galleries from folders

The AI takes the photos in a Dropbox folder and builds a gallery or a portfolio.

  • Documents to download

The AI copies a PDF menu, brochure or price list to your website and adds it as a download link.

  • Files in Dropbox after you confirm

Ask the AI to create a folder or save a file in Dropbox. It happens only after you confirm the card.

What you can ask the AI

Examples to type in the chat once the app is connected to your website.

  • Make a gallery with the photos from the Weddings 2026 folder in Dropbox.

  • Put the PDF menu from Dropbox on the Menu page, with a Download button.

  • Write the services page from the Offer document in Dropbox.

How to connect it

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Open Integrations

In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Dropbox and find it in the Browse tab.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Click Connect

Click Connect, sign in to your Dropbox account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Ask the AI

In the chat, say what you need from Dropbox. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.

You stay in control

The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.

Frequently asked questions

The AI opens only the folders and files it needs for your request. Nothing is published on your website unless you ask.
